LOLA in NOLA

04/12/2014 - New Orleans was the backdrop for tonight's Fabergé Opus Ball, where Lola performed Rachmaninoff's second concerto with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Jahja Ling.  The concert took place at the historic Civic Theater, which carried a special meaning as virtuoso music resounded in these walls for the first time since the theater was nearly destroyed by hurricane Katrina.  The concert ended with the standing ovation and an encore for which Lola performed Chopin's "Ocean Etude".
